Taste of the Parsha

This Shabbat we start the book of Devarim — Moshe’s final words to the people before they enter the Land. It’s the end of one phase and the start of another.
Each generation has its mission. The desert generation received the Torah. The next would bring it into the Land.
On Sunday, we mark Tisha B’Av — the destruction of both Temples. But just like Moshe’s passing wasn’t the end, the Churban wasn’t either.
We didn’t disappear — we transformed. From one Temple to thousands of shuls.
Our role today? To turn every place we are into a holy space — and get ready for the next stage: the Geulah, with Moshiach.
